Life takes us in so many different twist and turns sometimes we get lost and confused. I’m here to tell you that THAT’S OK!! It’s ok to lose direction, it’s ok to not know what’s next, but it’s not ok to give up. Giving up is always the easiest thing to do when we feel we have hit rock bottom. I want you to think back to a time in your life when you felt hopeless and THOUGHT  that was your rock bottom; you got through it right? We have far more strength within us than we give ourself credit for. Look at yourself everyday and say ‘ I’m amazing!’ It may take you a couple of times to believe it but putting that into the universe just may be what you need to find your way out of your confusion.
