After 22 years of marriage, Kris Jenner confirmed to US Weekly magazine that she and Bruce Jenner have separated.
“We are living apart,” she revealed on Monday, Oct. 7. “But there is no animosity. We are united and committed to our family.”
The couple have two daughters together, Kendall and Kylie, and they each have 4 children from previous marriages.
Kris says that they do not plan on divorcing and that they have been keeping their separate lives a secret from the public for over a year.
“We ended a marriage, but that’s not the end of our friendship. I will always love him, but we are longer a couple in that way.”
This definitely isn’t a shock to anyone familiar with the Kardiashian-Jenner clan, but it is surprising that Kris has decided to come clean now, while most of the world seems focused on her daughter Khloe’s allegedly failing marriage.
Just 2 days ago, a new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired that hinted at marital woes for Khloe and her hubby Lamar Odom. Khloe didn’t care to explain or elaborate on their issues, simply stating that something was going on that nobody else needed to know about. Guess she doesn’t handle marriage the way her mom does.
